Born and raised on the East Coast, Chef Paul
has brings over 20 years experience. Chef Paul's has a deep
heritage of French Classical cooking and baking.
Chef Paul has apprenticed under German, Itailan and Internationl
Master Chefs. He refined his craft while working at various
luxury resorts in the Pocono's Mountains.
