In December 2006 Andy came out of semi retirement and purchased NyNy Tigard from his long time friend Pat DeSiervi and entered the restaurant business.

  • Former shareholder and general manager with Prostar Security Inc.
  • 5 years security industry experience, both hands on and as general manager.
  • Successfully owned and operated video store businesses the previous 18 years.
  • Grew up in a law enforcement environment (father was a Portland policeman).
  • State licensed Armed Security Officer.
  • State certified Security Unarmed Instructor.
  • State licensed Executive Manager (representing Aske Security).

 

Born and raised on the East Coast, Chef Paul has brings over 20 years experience. Chef Paul's has a deep heritage of French Classical cooking and baking.

Chef Paul has apprenticed under German, Itailan and Internationl Master Chefs. He refined his craft while working at various luxury resorts in the Pocono's Mountains.
